Re: Thank You, Mark C. Robinson

Nearly 20 years ago, my dog, Bailey started exhibiting some health issues that including stumbling and blindness. I was at my wits end and started searching the internet for answers. Once I found this forum and could not stop reading and trying to soak up all the information I could. Along the way, ...

Re: Dolly

Just getting caught up. I was so happy to hear that she did well while you were away. I know that feeling of dread leaving them alone and off their schedule. I take it your jury duty was over in one day?? Off subject: When I lived in St. Petersburg, I was called for jury duty and fortunately was not...

Re: Dolly

I feel like I have missed a bunch of posts about Dolly...my own fault. I know this is hard right now. I remember when Bailey was going through so much, my friend who owned a health food store recommended adding milk thistle to her supplements as it protects the liver from all the meds they have to t...

Re: Dolly

The first thought that came to mind was that as nice as that diaper was, YOU did not put it on her. She is so used to your loving touch and routine and this just wasn't RIGHT, so she handled it. That what you get for being such a good mom!

Re: Snuggle Safe Warning!!

My offer stands: Anyone who considers their Snuggle Safe unsafe is welcome to send it to me. I will use it to keep myself and my pets warm, in the same way I have used my other Snuggle Safes for almost 2 decades. It boggles the mind that some people would want to interfere in my relationship with th...

Re: Another Snugglesafe Heatpad Fire

I am so sorry this happened to you and also glad your rabbits were not physically harmed. I am beyond astounded that this company has been allowed to continue for the 13 years I have been monitoring them! Our only defense is educating others. Every chance we get, we must inform anyone who might be t...

Re: Dolly

Bless your heart...bless Dolly's heart. I hope things level out over the next few days. I always marvel at your expertise as a "layman/woman/person"! I would love to see a picture of Pip sometime. I am headed out to the voting precinct to vote and take the poll workers sandwiches. Their vo...

Re: Dolly

Oh Carol...I know how much this frustrates you and I feel for you and Dolly. When she cannot lie down, does she literally sit or stand for all those hours? I can't even imagine. Could you fashion a type of sling (almost like the ones made from the fabric grocery bags) that she could "rest"...

Re: Dolly

Sitting on the side of the bed is just par for the course nowadays! Sit a few minutes, then stand and hold onto the dresser and then I am good to go. (I am too young for this!! )

Re: Dolly

Oh my goodness...I felt just what you did when you found her in pain. I got to thinking about how sometimes, the slightest movement can trigger a hitch or some joint pain and advancing age is the culprit, in my case. Nowadays, in the morning, I have to get up slowly, hold onto the dresser, stabilize...

Re: Update on Dolcezza Mia- spinal cord injury May 2008

How could any of us forget your precious baby...the tragic accident and the miraculous way she survived and the loving way you gave her back a wonderful life filled with more love than anyone could imagine. I share your heartbreak and feeling of loss...be gentle with yourself and take all the time y...
