Does anyone know of any English Bulldog rescues that would save a young one with spina bifada? One came in to our local shelter today, owner release. The shelter has not posted the dog yet but as soon as they do I will share here along with its pictures. I will also get as much information as I can. Right now all I know is the English Bulldog is young; has spina bifada; was dropped at the shelter because of financial reasons.
My local shelter here in the south is ridiculously high-kill. Most of the time they only offer dogs for one day before they are euthanized. I talked with them on the phone today about this bulldog and they believe it is safe for this week.
I contacted one Rescue out of Waverly, TN this morning but have not heard back. Thank you very much, just another foster mama
